1 September 1989 the company started its business under the name: PHU "HALMAR" SC. Company built their first shops with furniture and construction materials, as well as the wholesale marketplace and petrol station.

In 1992 the Polish furniture exports began to Slovakia and Ukraine.

In the years 1996 - 1997 launched a new export destinations to countries such as Czech Republic, Hungary, Romania, Bulgaria and Serbia.

In 2001 PHU "HALMAR" S.C. was transformed in the name of „HALMAR” A. Mysior, W. Gęsiorski Limited Partnership, which currently is an importer of furniture from Asia, and has in Stalowa Wola two furniture stores.

In 2003 separated in the wholesale and export through the creation of the company „HALMAR” Sp. из o.o.

In 2006 was launched wholesale furniture imported from Asia (China, Malaysia, Taiwan), which sells goods at home and abroad.
